Brilliant stay with a group of old friesnds
The location wea brilliant. The size layout and facilities at the property were brilliant for a group of 12 adults. Really memorable stay. We would definitely recommend and use the property again. Communication with the owners was also good. We had an issue with the heating system on arrival and a plumber was sent to repair promptly on a Saturday.

Great huge house, comfortable and superb location.
The location was great and the house was huge and comfortable. Loved the beds and sofa in the lounge area. Great hot tub too!
Parking tricky and too many messages from the hosts and very hard to get a simple answer to my questions.

Lovely house in a great location
Amazing location, basically on the beach. Hot tub brilliant. House very clean and comfortable. Plenty of space. Very easy to collect keys. Cleaners arrived as we were leaving and they were very friendly.
Hot water seemed a little intermittent, so some members of the party had cold showers. Bed in first bedroom on the left on 1st floor was very squeaky. No salt and pepper. Back garden small and fake grass a little smelly.

Superb
The kitchen, dining room, front room and bedrooms were brilliant for a social family environment. The hot tub was a great addition too.
There was a mix up of the parking out the back. Parking isn't as easy as the advert makes out. Could do with a downstairs toilet for accessibility (I.e. grandma). Some of the mattresses need replacing and could do with some fans during the summer.

We had a lovely stay. The sheer space for a large party the location made it for us.
The size of the house for the 12 visitors. The size of the dining room table. Comfortable for 12. The hot tub was ready to use. The bottle of Prosecco. Enough dishwasher tablets! The location of the house - lovely walk to town/beach or the gardens - we did both.
No basic condiments like salt and pepper. Having to buy toilet paper A house of that size with no downstairs cloakroom so people used the bathroom which was sort of the en-suite to the best bedroom. 5pm was the latest check-in we have ever had. Apparently, there was one en-suite upstairs that wasn’t cleaned properly.
