The property was ideally situated for lovely walks on the esplanade and down into town with the close proximity of shops in Ramshill. The penthouse was lovely, it was clean and very comfortable with the fabulous main room and balcony.

Spacious apartment with super views over Scarborough. The lift was a life saver as it was 4 or 5 floors up. A very nice welcome pack.

Peaceful and refreshing

Great to have the offer of early check in and later check out if needed, especially as staying with my elderly family member. Excellent proximity to local shops and facilities.

Cupboard door missing (above boiler) and one sofa needing repair - broken at the base? Noise from the lift directly into the flat wasn’t ideal, but great to have this provided for accessibility.

Could do with a blind on the sore to the stairs, any of the residents could look through. I like privacy, not use to a lift opening up into a flat so we’re a little nervous about that.

Dream stay in beautiful Penthouse

Beautiful decor,super clean,spacious, had an Alexa which being neurodiverse l frequently use,good WiFi, everything we needed ,Beautiful balcony with sea view. Kind gesture of a bottle of cava although we left it as we are not drinkers. Fresh milk & yorkshire Tea. Biscuits for us. The sunsets were spectacular. No noise from others . Gorgeous toiletries. Lift straight into apartment. I'm mobility disabled so a lift was essential. We wish we had stayed longer. The beds were comfortable. Everything labelled which being neurodiverse was helpful. We watered your beautiful balcony flowers. We used Just Eat and had no problems meeting the delivery person on the front steps. Thank you so very much for a fabulous stay . Also Peter is very friendly with excellent customer service.

The only thing l can think of is the cupboards were too high especially for breakfast bowls. I'm 5ft 1 luckily my son is 6ft 2. Also Bottles of drinking water instead of the Cava maybe as a option although the tap water was absolutely fine. We don't drive and found the instructions to around the back for pedestrians a little confusing. We are both neurodiverse so l think it was just us ! It's very easy to find. The lift does take a while and is only big enough really for 1 person, l do use a Rollator. Not a complaint just letting others know. The lift worked fine .

Wow!

The apartment was very spacious, the lift directly to the penthouse was brilliant, especially having kids and lots of bags. The hosts were very helpful, any queries we had, we received an instant reply. When we arrived we had milk and a bottle of proseco in the fridge. These little touches are what sets this apart from most places we have stayed. We will definitely be staying again as the location was ideal. Thanks again Zoe and peter.

The photos don't do this place justice. Everything one needs in a kitchen. Nice bid bathroom & bedrooms. Nice views & bubbly in the fridge was a nice surprise. Really enjoyed being here. Loved the private part of the lift going into the apartment. Nice to sit and relax to sound of sea.

Only thing i can think of is could have done with 4 more coat hangers. But on our 3 night stay we didn't have that much any way.

What a great place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Scarborough Penthouse. It is on the top floor of an apartment building with great views from the balcony. What makes this place unique is its prime location - just a few steps from the Scarborough Spa. The house is filled with art pieces, decorations, tea, coffee,etc., showing the hosts’ care and love of this house. We are very glad that we stayed at this penthouse.

Great location, not too far to walk into the centre or down to the front. Takes about 10 minutes, if that. Nice touch to have things like coffee, tea, fresh milk and salt and pepper. Cannot fault anything. Value for money. Nothing else like this in Scarborough. Will be staying again. Thank you xx

Scarborough Penthouse ostay

The little touches were amazing, there was everything equipped in the kitchen even down to the milk in the fridge and the kitchen roll, bin liners, washing up liquid but yo name a few...the tea and coffee and condiments were also a nice touch. The set out of the apartment was amazing and the lift was an added bonus.

There wasn't anything that wasn't acceptable in the apartment, everything was just great.

Excellent location for a stay in Scarborough.

The apartment was well equipped and had everything we needed for our short stay. The hosts were simply exceptional. Peter and Zoe went out of their way to pick us up from our final destination on the Cleveland Way walk and even took us to the train service.

Exceptional

We loved everything about this apartment. Beautifully furnished, extremely comfortable beds with quality bed linen. The balcony with great views was a bonus and the private lift straight into the apartment was an asset as we were on 5th floor with elderly dogs. The owners were in touch to make sure we were settled and happy with everything. Overall, a faultless stay. The only thing we would add would be an absorbent rug in the entrance at the back door to eliminate wet dirty shoes going into the lift/apartment.
