A great stay in a lovely warm, comfortable house.

Sandy House was very clean and was cosy and warm in a good, quiet location to visit the beach and town attractions. The decor is modern and well presented and little extras like sauces, tea, coffee and toiletries were a nice touch. Communication with the hosts was very good with clear instructions re getting into the house and parking. They sent us top tips for where to visit and recommendations for places to visit and restaurants etc. We really enjoyed our stay in Scarborough and hope to be back soon. Thank you!

A good sized, clean and cozy house in a central location

The house is centrally located for both beaches and the town. It’s a great, comfortable and cozy home for a family/group of 6. It’s very well equipped and the hosts are friendly and just a quick message away.

Fabulous family break!!

Convenient to get to everything, really comfortable sofas and beds and parking arrangements. Super friendly hosts. Thanks for a lovely break. I’m sure we’ll be back.

Kitchen would benefit from a few more additions: just simple things like more plates, some serving dishes. A dishwasher, whilst not advertised as having one, would be such a great addition.

A very pleasant stay

The property was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The hosts were well organised and easy to contact for anything we needed. Plenty of on road parking directly outside the property and the location was perfect for the cricket ground, no more than a 5 minute walk.

Excellent accommodation - recommended.

Two friends and I stayed primarily to go to the cricket but also for a stay break. We all thought the accommodation was excellent - spotlessly clean, very well equipped and well maintained. There are 3 double/twin rooms with comfortable beds; there's a comfortable lounge with dining area and a modern well equipped kitchen with plenty of utensils, etc. The cricket ground was 3 minutes away, Peasholm Park 5 minutes and the North Shore beach and promenade 7-8 minutes. On street parking is included via permits provided by the hosts. The town centre was 10 minutes away. The hosts were extremely helpful and responsive. I have no hesitation in recommending this property.

lovely house conveniently situated with enough space for all

location excellent for open air theatre and a short walk into the north bay area and slightly longer but easy walk into the middle of south bay. Parking convenient on street with provided parking passes. House clean and comfortable space for 6 adults sleeping and living area downstairs. Met host upon leaving very friendly and recommended few places within walking distance for breakfast. Would stay there again

Lovely place to stay

Lovely house; clean, tidy, and plenty of room for six of us with the three bedrooms, and very comfy beds. Nice hot shower and well equipped kitchen. Location is ideal for pretty much everything, and parking permits were very welcome. We had a really enjoyable little break. Thank you 💫

Perfect base for a trip to Scarborough!

Very clear and quick communication for directions, key code and parking arrangements (free, on street with the permit providee). Property was absolutely perfect for a group of friends going to an event at Scarborough Open Air Theatre. Just a short walk to the venue and North Bay etc. Property was well equipped (including hair straighteners!) and very comfortable for 4 friends getting ready for a fun night out! It was really clean and the shower was good.

Clean, cosy and welcoming family home with a back yard with table and chairs, parking and really comfy beds.

The only thing was the noisy seagulls. They never stopped screeching, which is unavoidable. Next time I’ll take some ear plugs and it will be perfect.

Great Scarborough staycation

The property was very fresh looking and very clean.There is a lot of room for a family of 6 . Every thing was there that would be needed. The hosts made good contact which was nice. The parking permits were greatly received .We would recommend here for a break and would gladly stay again

Was clean and very homely everything we needed was there including coffee machine that we thought was a nice addition it is a very lovely home and located right in the middle of everything we wanted to do hosts updated us by messages every step of the way and it was overall a lovely experience

Clean and well kept, comfortable and plenty of room. Everything we needed for a weekend away. Great location for enjoying north and south bay and all Scarborough has to offer. We went to an event at the Open Air Theatre and location was perfect for walking there and enjoying the seaside. Great communication from the hosts.

Absolutely excellent!

We had a fabulous time at Sandy House. It really was brilliant and the house was perfect. It was spotless, fully equipped and really cosy. The hosts were brilliant and no expense was spared when preparing the house for holiday makers. You could tell that the hosts had given a huge amount of thought before letting it out as a holiday home. It was also close to the beach and central to the shops and restaurants. We highly recommend staying!
