Ashville grange

The home is in the perfect walking distance to the beach, if you want to get your steps in! It is a lovely walk through the town centre. The home accomodates 10 people adequately. All utilities are in the home. Perfect holiday get away location and value for money.

Parking said 7 mins walk away, but it was more than that. Could not get a space anywhere near the home. It was more like 15 minutes.

Everything! Beautiful property. Plenty of room for the whole family. Rooms were spotless and well decorated. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay, everyone in the group loved it.

It was a spacious property, lovely and clean. Living room was cosy, the dining room looked great. Didn’t get to use the dining room this time as it was just a short stay. Will definitely be booking again in the future.

2nd Yearly Family Christmas

This was the second time we stayed here and it was just as great as the first. Very clean and all the finishing touches are so thoughtful. They let us know everything we needed to know in a message and left us dishwasher tablets and washing machine pods. Everything you forget is already there. It’s perfect for a big family and the dining table is so huge it’s great for board games which they supply. The beds are comfortable and it’s super helpful they have two bathrooms. It’s very much built for a big family reunion. We hope to do Christmas here every year.

Location was good and house was spacious.

The only problem was the glasses and cutlery wasn't very clean. They were sticky and dirty, we had to clean prior to usisng them. Other than that the house was clean and we really enjoyed our stay.

Dishwasher so could ensure that everything was clean, games great touch. comfy rooms, towels provided. Big kitchen table for all the family to sit around, comfy sitting room Being able to bring my Dog was amazing. the steps are very step at the front so my parents used the back door which was all flat so was ideal.

parking, there were no discs it only really mattered when checking out as had to vacate by 10 which is to early but do understand why this is if you have another booking.

Lovely sized property so having 10 adults did not feel overcrowded. Very comfortable beds and plenty of hot water.

Maybe benefit from a second bathroom but only because we all had to be ready for 9.30 in the morning. We made having a rota a bit of fun.

Loved the space and the comfortable beds

Only one bathroom was a struggle for 9 of us. Also, the downstairs carpets were filthy which was a challenge with a crawling baby. We understand that we stayed at the end of the summer hols but if you’re dog friendly then it may be wise to think about laminate flooring downstairs.

Great stay at Ashville Grange

This house is beautifully decorated and it has everything you need to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. Loved the space especially as I stayed there with my family including four young children. They loved roaming around the house. The house is ideally situated when visiting the main sites of Scarborough, only a short walk away from North Bay.

The only gripes are a shortage of tea towels and toilet roll. It would also be good to be able to park your car on the road outside the property, but otherwise, nothing to complain about.

Amazing, Clean, Good Size in a Fantastic location

The cleanliness and size of the property was amazing with only 5 Mins walk to Peasholm Park. 10 of us slept there and it was plenty big enough

The Double beds were advertised as Superior Doubles but they were actually 2 singles pushed together

Holiday home

The whole place was clean and well presented. It is the perfect home for a family of 10, even with babies. They had everything, including a high chair, meaning we could eat together. Plenty of space and comfortable beds. The owners were always of hand and helped with anything we needed.

A very enjoyable 5 night stay. Would highly recommend.

Property very clean upon arrival. Excellent communication with the hosts. Excellent size bedrooms with lots of space and very generous sized beds. Lovely open plan kitchen/diner, perfect for spending time together. Great location near north and south bay beach with supermarkets and shops very close by.

Nothing we didn’t like but a few things missing which would have made our stay even better. 1. Drinking glasses/tumblers/pint glasses. 2. Kitchen scissors. 3. Clothes airer/washing line. 4. Hair dryer.

Very comfortable spacious house I’m great location

Spacious, well equipped house in fabulous location. Short stroll to Peasholm park and Notth bay beach. Only 15 minute walk to town centre shops. House was really homely and comfortable. It felt huge, as a family of 6 we had loads of space. The hosts were really lovely, messaging to check we were ok throughout our stay and responding to any queries really quickly.

Fantastic time in a fabulous house

We have just returned back from our stay at Ashville Grange . The house was lovely and so spacious. Beautiful clean bedding and towels . The location was perfect . The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need . Everywhere was spotless . Thank you Alex and Ambers

Lovely house and location

The house was fantastic. Well laid out, lots of space, good location only 10 minutes to Peasholm park and 20 Minutes to the North Bay. Parking was good, maybe a little awkward during summer months, but plenty near by less than 2 minutes. Hosts were really attentive, but not in a bad way.
