Sharon was absolutely amazing. She made me and my three young boys feel very welcome & pointed us in the right direc

Hot shower, VERY comfortable beds, friendly hosts, lovely welcome pack was a nice touch. Great location, on street parking was fine. Close to a convenience store, 15-20 mins walk approx. to park, beach etc. Fully equipped kitchen met our needs, couldn't have asked for anything more. Nice living accommodation, comfortable, clean and warm. Plenty of space for our 2 people. Nice outdoor space. Bedding and towels all smelled fabulous, whole place was clean and smelled lovely. Great atmosphere all round, thank you.

Two items in the welcome pack were out of date. Everything else was very, very lovely. It would have been a nice touch to include tea as well as coffee for us non-coffee drinkers.

Best in scarborough

Everything about the chomley flats was great I had a warm and comfortable stay the flats are well equipped to cook for yourself. The flats are of different sizes catered for single stays or families. You even get a welcome pack from Sharon the host which was very nice. There are local places to eat and food stores nearby. They north parade is a short walk from the flats. I cannot think of a better place to stay than chomley holiday flats. I shall be returning again later in the year. Thank you.

Location was really good. Also liked the welcome pack. And we had bang on weather so that always puts a smile on your face.

Wasn't very impressed with the chip shop down the road after reading reviews saying it's the best chip shop in Scarborough but apart from that not really alot we didn't like.

The best place I have stayed in Scarborough.

What a great place to stay. I stayed in Flat 4 which is at the rear of the property. It was very quiet at night so I got a good nights sleep. The flat was extremely clean and very comfortable. It had a fully equipped kitchen and a large bedroom with a very comfortable bed. The lovely owner Sharon was there to meet me when I arrived. She left a superb welcome basket which included a bottle of prosecco, snacks and breakfast items. What a lovely welcome. Great location and superb value. Can't wait to return.

A lovely flat, well equipped kitchen (suitable for a long stay, self catering) and living space. Bedroom was comfortable. Plenty of space for storage of clothes etc. Location was perfect for what we needed. A short walk from North Bay, shops and cafes a short walk too. A short walk to Peasholme Park. Excellent communication with the owner prior to our stay, and she was on hand to meet us on arrival and when we left. Little touches added value to the stay, the addition of Alexa and a welcome basket. We loved it, and hope to return next summer!

Great location, very friendly staff, left a welcome basket which was a lovely touch and completely unexpected. Would definitely stay again!

The toilet seat moved quite a bit and the sofa wasn’t overly comfy, but for how long we were in the flat (we were out most day all day) it wasn’t really an issue.

The flat we stayed in was lovely and big plenty of room for the 4 of us, Sharon was a lovely host very helpful and friendly, not far from the park and town but quiet enough. Will definitely be booking again!

My husband and I come to chomley every time we visit Scarborough. Absolutely spotlessly clean everything thing you need for a break away. The complimentary package is wonderful on arrival. We have stayed in every one of the rooms and are all beautiful. Sharon the host is lovely and welcoming and can't do enough for you.. We wouldn't stay anywhere else. Exceptional.

Nothing. Horrible, dirty, dreadful facilities. It shouldn't be allowed to be open.

Everything. The shower didn't work, the towels were threadbare, over powering smell of air freshener. The matress must be 40 years old. The host doesn't care. No locks on bathrooms. I could go on forever.

Had a lovely stay here and would be my first choice when in Scarborough again

The host was lovely and she went over and beyond any other host I've come across before. All of my party were extremely happy with our apartment. Would highly recommend staying here and if I ever visit Scarborough again then I would definitely look at here for my first choice.
