Loved it! Would definitely stay here again.

Loved how clean it was and how spacious it was. Very tastefully decorated and the cake was a lovely touch. (We don’t drink so left the wine)

The heating. My partner had to get up during the night to boost the heating as it had gone off and was really cold.

Will equipped property, great location and overall a wonderful stay.

Location was superb. Good size bathrooms and having 2 was great.

No downstairs loo. Travelling with an elderly person stairs were steep. Small dishwasher which meant it was on daily. A standard dishwasher would fit in kitchen and reduce overall usage.

Everything. Lovely quiet location but not too far from either the beach, Peasholm Park or the town centre. Beautifully spacious, clean and quality furnishings. It was like a home from home. We will definitely look to book here again. Worth every penny. Gavin, Katie & Bailee the dog.

Lovely stay!! If only we didn’t have to clean the BBQ before we used it and the slug trails were a little bit icky.

Spacious yet cosy house in easy reach of everything

Really nice house, lots of space, the rooms are cosy and welcoming. Location is good for both the town centre and Peasholm Park. Scarborough’s very walkable in general so as long as you’re fairly mobile, this place is great for reaching everywhere.

There seemed to be an intermittent issue with the oven and the living room could do with another lamp. Otherwise, it was lovely and we all enjoyed our stay.

A fab house in a fab location

A great location: Peasholm Park is only a couple of minutes walk away and North Bay beach is less than 10 minutes walk. Can recommend the cafe and fish and chip shop at the bottom of the road. The house was nicely decorated and had all the comforts of home. There's a lovely little enclosed yard to the rear - great for morning sunshine. We really appreciated the milk and welcome cake !

Great location, nice clean well equipment home, comfy beds, nice little extra touch of fresh flowers, cake, milk and a bottle of wine on arrival, only complaint was we had to go home after our 4 night stay great

Great holiday

Lovely house, had everything you need (although couldn't find any tongs in the kitchen drawer but it was fine) and more, loved the little extras that you would forget about. Great location on a quiet street. Warm enough. Parked outside the house using the permits provided when you get in the house.

Lovely house, close to all Scarborough has to offer.

Nice and spacious house with good facilities- lots of games, jigsaws etc which were great for the kids too. The house was very clean, warm and the beds were very comfortable. we had a wonderful stay.

The house could do with a smart TV in the living room. This was the only small negative.

lovely throughout

no heating on a timer. only a Boost button for temporary heating. therefore every morning the house was freezing until you got up to press the Boost. there should be a core timer so it is on first thing.
