Just the heavy fire doors. But fire doors are law in upstairs accommodation.

The location was great, easy reach for the beach, cafes, miniature sream railway and park. The apartment was good, comfortable, very clean and I loved the view of the park from the lounge. Nice hot shower, very well maintained and it was great having an off-road parking space.
No hooks for coats or dressing gowns and the dining table was ok for the 2 of us but I wouldn't like to try and get 4 people around it. A light on the external door would be handy, especially with having steps down into the yard

Self catering so the breakfasts were excellent
The outside of the property was very disappointing, just a tarmac car park with no outdoor furniture, also the plaster was coming away from the wall and the woodwork needed a complete overhaul, the doorstep was very high with a 1" ridge in the centre. Most of the rooms were really good except for the lounge which was, at best, tired. Redecoration and better furniture would have made a big difference. The tv in the lounge was not easy to operate and kept turning itself off
