The property was further away from the town centre than expected but being close to Peasholm Park compensated for this

Excellent apartment

White Acre was excellent as always. This was the first time we stayed in the upstairs flat and it was just as lovely as the downstairs one. White Acre is always so comfortable and I can't fault it at all. Clean with a lovely decor, and a great location too. The rooms are spacious and the house is beautiful. Loved watching the birds outside! It's also very close to the beach and also close to Peasholm park and shops. The kitchen is very well equipped and the TV has a wide range of apps. There are also various games and books provided for entertainment. The host is always very efficient and welcoming, and always checks in with guests to ensure that everything is as expected.

A comfortable stay in a conveniently situated property.

The property is very conveniently located in the north area of Scarborough. There is room for two vehicles, one for each flat. We were lucky that the other residents did not have a car so could use both spaces. The kitchen is well appointed with all the facilites needed. The lounge has two settees, one a recliner, and can seat five people comfortably. The TV is a good size and set up for some streaming services. The bed room were spacious and comfortable with plenty of storage space. The double bed was comfortable, I cannot vouch for the second room but heard no complaints. The bathroom was good, with a hot shower.

We would have like to have access to an empty cupboard in the kitchen to keep our own food. With a little re-arrangment we did make enough space. We found the duvet on the double bed was a little heavy and bulky, a lighter weight quilt would have suited iu s better.

Really comfortable flat in a fabulous location

Location was great - near to beach, cafes, cinema. Parking space was really useful at the back of the property Lots of great walks nearby. The flat was very well equipped with everything you could need. Beds and sofa were comfortable. Really lovely place to stay

wonderful, would gladly use again and again

really comfortable, real luxury to have washer / drier / dishwasher in a holiday let which was perfect for us with 2 kids covered in sand! amazing location just 5-10 mins walk from north bay beach depending on your cargo! very friendly and helpful host and right be Peasholm Park too, was able to go and see the squirrels after a long day at the beach!

We enjoyed a well appointed flat in a good location.

The location was a short walk to cliffs above the north beach and also to the entrance of Peaceholm Park. The bathroom has recently been refurbished with good quality fittings and shower. The kitchen appliances were mainly good quality brands and in good condition with everything you would need to cook a main meal. The rooms are of good size with TV's in the bedrooms as well as the lounge. We were given a welcome pack of excellent local tea and cakes.

There were no brochures giving local information or a map of Scarborough. There were however a number of books about Scarborough and the moors. It was not clear on the website that we had booked an upper floor flat that was accessed by 20 stone and steel steps from the parking yard. Fortunately, we were fit enough to cope!

Perfect location, spotlessly clean, very spacious and all amenities needed for a great family holiday. Any communication answered swiftly and owner very helpful. Would definitely return thanks very much.

Really unavoidable due to the style of property but worth knowing that the back yard parking is tight. There’s also no outside relaxing area so maybe a bistro set or a bench somewhere maybe a nice touch. Neither would stop us returning though!

We had a very nice holiday there . I would certainly go back . I would recommend it to anyone .

Apartment was in a nice location . Good views of the park areas. Close to the town , plenty of convenient public transport . Great local walks , local shops were good too. The apartment was clean ,well equipped and cosy. The owners communication was good too , got replies to my questions very quickly and does seem to care .

I would have liked a smart tv to watch Netflix. I would have liked a table and chairs in the bay window.

The apartment was excellent. It was very comfortable, clean and spacious and an excellent base for our 1 week holiday in Scarborough. The master bedroom was especially huge. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped. The entire apartment was well cared for and felt like a 'home from home'. The area was residential and quiet and it was easy to find our way around the town. There was an excellent, detailed Welcome Pack from the host which gave us all the information we could possibly have needed. The Host also came to see us on the first day to check if we had settled in, and this was very helpful.

The property would benefit from a washing machine. The shower may also benefit from being upgraded

we booked the down stairs apartment we have stayed in that one before when we arrived we got told the up stairs was booked for us i have arthritis my husband as a heart condition climbing 22 steps every time we went in or out was not on we have cheeked my computer and we did not book the up stairs one we found by mid week we did not wont to go out we will not we book again and as we are both in our seventies we feel very let down sort your bookings out i would not like this to effect anyone else having a holiday if we had a wheel chair or someone with a pram what would they have done

Great holiday venue

We liked everything, the flat had a good layout. The area was quiet but had plenty of options for food, all in all a great location. Would not hesitate to go again or recommend to family and friends.
