Comfortable house in a residential area with all mod cons, very good value for money and close to the North Bay area. Communications with the owner/Spa Properties Ltd was good throughout the stay to make sure that we had everything we needed. Parking disks are provided - you can park for 2hrs only between 9am - 5pm Mon to Sat, and 12noon to 5pm Sunday. Outside of those times the parking is free and is on a narrow one-way road. There are lots of car parks nearby for use outside of these times.
These are not criticisms, just observations that hopefully the host can take forward:
1. The house would benefit from a welcome pack with instructions for the heating controls, the fire controls and wifi, and some local information. The BT wifi code sent at check-in is NOT the wifi in the property, it is PlusNet wifi with the passcode hard to make out as rubbed off.
2. There is a semi-collapsed ceiling corner in the kitchen which has come from a bathroom leak above - the owner acknowledged this when we reported it on check-in and said he is waiting for it to fully dry out before repairing it.
3. There is no lock on the bathroom door and it does not stay closed which would be a privacy issue for most families.

Lovely house well equipped
The parking 3 hour disc I know it's free after 5pm till 9am but had to move to public carpark.

The property was in close proximity of everything we needed which was a bonus
The property was not clean we all thought the property had a smell to it 😩the property could do with redecorating and the bathroom door needs attention as does not close properly and around the edge of the bath was dirty , one bedroom had a badly stained pillow case . It was not clear on parking restrictions and no welcome pack on arrival it was a cheap stay so says it all . Would not stay here again
