Home from home great location close to the open air theatre north bay and all the attractions accessible

It had an enclosed garden safe to let our dog to have an explore and roam around,grass front and back the property had a private drive way for parking as Scarborough can be difficult for parking without a permit so it was safer to have the car near to the property.

Very clean and modern and comfortable,near to all our favourite attractions and dog friendly places to eat like Taylor's bar the Tunney catch ' Generous George' you can get the best ice cream from the harbour and the best fish and chips from the fish pan we always get the light bite

A lovely long weekend in a lovely home.

The house was ideal for us, four adults and a six month old grandson, the kitchen was spacious and well equipped, the living room was big enough for all of us to sit and relax. The bedrooms were lovely, and Sarah made sure a cot was set up ready. We are hoping to come again next year.

Beautiful, spacious, comfortable, everything you needed for a relaxing break away, very home from home. Shame we had to cut our break short due to unforseen circumstances. The host was always on hand to answer any questions very quickly. Excellent property and lovely outdoor space too 👍🏻 onsite parking is a super bonus, could fit three small cars on drive.

We had some heavy rain and the gutter at the back of the property leaked quite badly and water gushed out. Whilst the property was clean, a good deep clean every now and again would be beneficial i.e skirting boards etc, but overall everything else appeared to be clean.

Excellent stay in a lovely house and friendly host

Beautiful house, very clean and well furnished. Comfortable and had everything you needed. Nice touches such as a bottle of wine and glasses set out and a lovely welcome breakfast tray. Good WiFi connection, Could fit 2 cars on the driveway and it was a 20 minute walk to Scarborough open air theatre where we had a concert on Saturday night. Drove into Scarborough on Friday and it was less than 10 minutes in the car.

Gorgeous house, amazing host - excellent.

Spacious, clean, well equipped and close to the beachfront. The road is quiet, the area is peaceful, close to shops & can get pretty much anything delivered on Uber etc. The host is amazing, I’ve stayed here a couple of times before & I have already booked a weekend in November for me and my daughter. Thanks Sarah!

Lovely large house, with an enclosed garden perfect for the dogs. Good location, not too far into Scarborough.

Very small gripe, no chopping boards, and pans were tiny. Seems ridiculous but it was our only gripe.

Lovely, spacious house and the owner was very helpful and easy to contact. Exceptionally clean and the high chair was a bonus for my toddler. Good location for North Bay, and ideal for the wedding we were attending at the registry office. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay, and whilst it was 'good', it needs some TLC to score highly

Spacious family house and a good host who responded quickly to enquiries. Comfortable beds and sofas. Parking for up to 3 [small] cars on the drive. Excellent bathroom with a large walk in shower - I don't understand why there are no pictures of this, as it may lose bookings if potential customers think there isn't a shower.

I have a dust allergy and was disappointed to find the top of every door, picture frame, mirror and some skirting boards, were covered in a thick layer of dust. The whole house would benefit from some TLC - almost all woodwork is chipped and unsightly, many walls require repainting, there are cobwebs on many ceilings, and the smoke alarm is thick with dust. There is black mould on some of the UPVC window frames. There are plenty of pans, but almost no ovenware. The radiator cover in the hall is not fixed to the wall and could be dangerous. The back garden is in a poor state with some hard surfaces covered in green mould. We were a group of 6 and there was only one set of house keys, an extra set would have been useful and appreciated. We know Scarborough very well, but it may be helpful to others to perhaps have an information folder in the house - transport, local facilities, emergency number for a doctor, instructions on how to use the white goods, etc.

Very enjoyable, an ideal place to stay so we could visit family

Superb location, decent parking for 2 large cars. Comfortable, great space.

A instruction book would be useful to include wifi code, heating instructions, what bins collect what (as all bins are different colours in different reigons so we were not sure which one was for recycling, what you could recycle etc and which one was for general rubbish.

Fantastic Family Summer Break Lovely House

We had a wonderful week in July the house was so comfortable and exceptionally clean even had fresh clean smell. Well stocked with kitchen equipment. We had family of 4 a toddler a baby and dog there was plenty space and seats for all especially in the kitchen dining room. Enclosed back garden ideal for dog and toddler. Sarah the host was great no problem with key collection and If we messaged with a query she responded right away. Welcome wine was well received. Thanks

Was a bit far for wee one to walk into town but took the cars and got parked no problem therefore not a big issue. Maby list of taxis and restaurant recommendations would be good.

A good rental only let down by the mattresses.

House was nice and clean. The property has been refurbished.

One of the single beds and the double bed mattresses were so uncomfortable that we left a day early. The shower is slow to drain and is in danger of overflowing onto the bathroom floor if you have a long shower.

The house was warm, clean and spacious and perfect for our needs. Rooms were large and bright and beds were super comfy. Excellent bathroom and kitchen facilities/equipment. Direct access from kitchen/diner into garden at the back. Truly, a home from home property in a quiet location, not too far from town. Very kind of the owner to provide milk and a bottle of wine; much appreciated. Very doggy friendly and no limits on where they are allowed in the property, which is how it should be when advertised as dog friendly.

A great stay

A beautiful presented house in a lovely area. Modern, clean and spacious, with everything you need. A great helpful host who responded immediately.

The only thing I would say is that the front bed is very hard and could do with a mattress topper. However this wouldn't stop us from staying again. We loved the house.

The house was spotlessly clean and very well presented, the tv in the front room was a big screen and had free Netflix and amazon prime 👌

The only thing that was disappointing, was there was no cutlery. So had no knives and forks or spoons to eat our food 🤔
