Brinkburn House Sleeps 8 Beautiful House

Close to Oliver's mount as we were there for the motorbikes, close to all amenities.

Trivial but TV on the wall gives you neck ache.

Great value for money had everything we needed for staying one night. Good location. Clean & tidy. Grandson enjoyed jacuzzi bath.

Only one toilet/ bathroom with 5 adults and one child if you all need to get ready to go out a certain time it's a bit stressful. There's no where to put things in bathroom either it wasn't so bad for one night but if longer would have to keep packing & unpacking things also could do with table & chairs in bed room to get ready again ok for one night but any more & awkward getting ready with doing hairs & make up. No towel in kitchen & bin smelly & full outside so couldn't empty our rubbish sorry.

One of the beds was uncomfortable for my friend, but can be a personal thing.

The property was decorated beautifully, the facilities were good, the beds were soo comfortable we slept amazing.

The heating was turned off on arrival, we turned the heating on when we arrived and it took 2 days to rise from 11 degrees to 17 degrees. ( The heaters were hot so I’m not sure if it’s something to do with not having double glazing) It was extremely cold the first day at one point my 1 year old had socks on his hands ( we had no gloves ) There was no doors downstairs which probably didn’t help the heat stay contained in one room. Having no doors was also extremely difficult with a 1 year old as there was no way of stopping him escaping and trying to climb the stairs, so what was supposed to be a relaxed Christmas getaway was actually very stressful. My 2 older children were so excited to use the jets on the bath until we realised the bath had filled up with black bits and dirt from the jets probably not been used much so they were filthy.
