We had an amazing stay and would definitely return.

Exceptional value for money, perfect location. A beautiful house with plenty of room, comfortable beds, warm, nicely decorated and kitchen was well supplied.

The steps into the loo and kitchen are really high. The sofa in the lounge (sofabed one) is extremely uncomfortable. Pillows could do with replacing in some rooms.

We really enjoyed the house, it felt very homely with so much space for everyone. Only down side was the noise at night

Great location for the beach and shops. The house was very big offered lots of room. Vibrant decor throughout the house.

There was a lot of noise at night because the house is so close to everything and not far from main road but the location is so handy during the day so out weights the negative.

Brilliant, have booked again!

Location, family friendly, easy instructions, good value for money, tastefully decorated, well equipped. Good little top floor window view.

The only thing I can say I didn’t like was the living room bed sete. Was so uncomfy to sit on. (Didn’t sleep on it) but when trying to sit on it to relax on an evening, it’s so Low and no support. So if you have a bad back it’s no good for you.

Fantastic location, clean and tidy - the beds are so comfy. To say where it was, it was quiet. Good space, perfect for a large group. Loved the window sit in the front room to watch the sea Would definately book again as we had a fab weekend.

Nothing really. Tried to use TV but although it turned on qe couldnt get any channels or use DVD player. It might be useful to have a manual on using appliances/heating or leaving instructions regarding stripping bed, towels etc

Description of rooms on booking . Com was different on arrival. Toilet upstairs made a loud noise every 3 minutes which was annoying for those sleeping In next rooms. Informed the host who said someone would fix however this was not done during our stay and I have since read reviews from the start of August that report the same issue. Expected more considering the amount we paid to stay

Exceptional location

What an absolute gem 🙂 a stone throw away from sea sand & amusements. Town centre 5mins up the road too. Facilities were fantastic, right down from having a washing machine iron hairdryer clothes hangers and all the utensils you need to spend a few days. Loved the fact it was homely too with board games and jigsaws. Thank you very much x mwah x

Everything we needed, although it does say tumble dryer and there wasn't one! Centrally located . We got a bedroom each.

Something needs to be done with seagulls nesting on adjoining property, they are a noisy pain! Obviously not your fault as they are everywhere, signs everywhere telling people to not feed them, but some do.

It was a really great location, the service/communication was top notch and we were all extremely happy and would consider coming back if we came to Scarborough again.

Lovely weekend by the sea

Very clean, very comfortable and a fantastic location, very close to the beach and all of the sea front attractions, plus the joke shop below was a great hit with the kids!

It was a little noisy at night, but that is to be expected with such a central location. It would not put us off coming again.
