Host & Stay - The Courtyard at No.47

A spacious and comfortable bolthole in a nice area of Scarborough. The property was nipping clean on our arrival. Enclosed Courtyard and parking a great bonus . Great location Ten minutes walk from the sea and south cliff and a Useful Morrisons local around the corner.

Very convenient location for sightseeing trips. Apartment well decorated. Very private.

I loved that it was clean, close of everything. It was cozy and felt like a home.

Spacious apartment. Parking on site was very useful. Reasonably quiet location. 20 minutes walk to the main beach. Comfy bed. There were some Yorkshire tea bags.

The apartment was not clean. The company that hosted the property arranged for a re clean after we sent them several pictures of the dirty areas. This made a big improvement but the property is in need of a deep clean and some TLC. There were connecting doors to the main house and we could hear people talking in the rooms next door - this was the case in both the bedroom and the kitchen. This was not mentioned on the property description. I would not recommend this property to anyone. There was no welcome pack as described by other guests - just a few sachets of UHT milk and old coffee. The property did not match up with the glowing reviews from previous guests.
