This professionally decorated condo in Sanctuary by the Sea is a Gulf-front property on the white sand shores of Santa Rosa Beach! This 2,200-square-foot condo features a private balcony, 10-foot interior ceilings, and such wonderful sources of family fun as TVs and DVD players in each bedroom, and an assortment of board games. This home away from home has been recently updated with fresh paint, new furniture pieces, updated upholstered dining chairs, and a new mattress in the main suite.

This beachfront property encompasses 23 acres of a scenic stretch of 30A, with 650 feet of sandy shoreline, three pools, two hot tubs, grilling stations, seasonal gas firepits, a fitness center, a virtual golf facility, a clubhouse, and a theater room on its grounds. There's a coastal dune lake just a few steps away, where you can fish, kayak, or take out a canoe, and the boundaries of Grayton Beach State Park are only 100 yards north. The property is also less than two miles west of Grayton Beach, three miles east of the shops and restaurants of Gulf Place Town Center, and four miles west of Seagrove Beach.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
