No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We love Sanctuary by the Sea and this condo was one of the best! The condo had everything we needed and more. The decor is beautiful and we felt like we were staying in a luxury hotel! I can’t wait to come back next year! Loved all the space and the movie room was so much fun. Would recommend this condo a million times over! We had an amazing family vacation!

We have stayed at Sanctuary by the Sea many times, this was by far our FAVORITE unit. We love, love, loved the space and beach views. The walk to the beach is super easy with zero stairs involved. The guys in our group really enjoyed the “movie room” and loved the scratch off movie suggestions. They were able to scratch off a few:) The kitchen was amazing. Few of our favorites are the HUGE refrigerator, the bar area with another ice maker, and the huge pantry. The beds were all very comfortable, everyone slept amazing after long days at the beach. We will definitely be back !!

The perfect visit started with the Security Guard who had my parking pass ready when I arrived and greeted me by name each time - I have been staying at SBTS for 12 years and have never had that level of service. Extremely thankful for her because I never pull up to the keypad close enough for my short arms-LOL
This unit has a magnificent designer - just beautiful with the blue theme carrying throughout the unit.
And then you see the view - perfect lake and beach view to see every day.
The unit was very clean and all furniture was comfortable.
In the evenings, we really enjoyed watching movies using my Hulu account
We found pretty much everything we needed; and I have a beach bag of pantry items that I bring to the condos (spices, foil, plastic bags, etc.)
Really enjoyed our stay and it was a pleasure to come home to after long days of beach walks.
Will definitely book again.

The condo has everything you could possibly need for your stay. It is a spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated condo. The home theater was a definite bonus. We love to cook as a family and the chef’s kitchen had everything we needed and more! We hope to stay again soon.
