Enjoy amenities including three shared pools with waterfalls and fountains, an exclusive poolside cabana, two large hot tubs, a virtual golf facility, a fitness facility, an on-site theater room, and a private boardwalk over to the beach! Take a morning walk on the sand and feel the cool breeze before the temperature rises. Once everyone has had their fun for the day, the furnished balcony is a great place to settle down for the evening with a glass of wine and a home-cooked meal. Everything was great, and the walk to Blue Mountain Creamery was done several times. Maintenence support was fast and helpful, unit for clean and great. Wifi was top notch (gamers used it without issue). The only issue we had with the property is the HOA strictly close the pool and hottubs at dusk. We really enjoy these activities when it's cooler at night.

Perfect for four couples; spacious bedrooms w/baths & one 1/2 bath. Kitchen, dining, living area open space. Kitchen very well equipped with Viking appliances(altho new dishwasher was on order). Ice machine & mini-fridges very helpful. Walk to beach somewhat challenging. Cabana at poolside very accommodating. Maintenance or replacement of bedroom ceiling fans needed. Overall, very comfortable

We are veterans of this area, having rented a multitude of properties annually for over 30 years in addition to having VRBO properties owned in our family. It took me awhile to write this review because I want to fairly report the good and the bad and we were so disappointed. This was the worst experience we've ever had in this area. This property is in a wonderful location and the grounds were beautiful and well maintained except that the pools were NOT heated and the temps were mild for April so no one swam! We had rented 2 units for two extended families traveling with toddlers as well as adult children. This particular property had no working dishwasher for 8 people for 7 days (did not feel like vacation having to do the dishes constantly, virtually no utensils, not enough dishes for the number of occupants it claimed to accommodate, badly worn and stained living room chairs, barely enough towels (we shared), a clothes dryer that is so loud you could not run it anytime the children were sleeping (toddlers take naps and go to bed early - IT IS A HUGE INCONVENIENCE), and the refrigerator was missing necessary shelving. We contacted the office and were told the dishwasher would not be fixed during our stay. Wanted to love it!
