Incredibly spacious, this luxury condo in the heart of Sanctuary By The Sea is ready to welcome you! Sophisticated island-style decor, as well as a natural color scheme, help set the tone for your stay. The condo's winding design lends extra privacy, plus three of the four bedrooms include en suite bathrooms. Introverts will love the private lounge, which features a sectional and a TV. A desk workspace in the front bedroom is perfect for finishing remote work before heading to the pool or beach. The laundry room includes a sink and counter space, so you can handwash that new swimsuit. The ornate kitchen is complete with two kitchen islands (one with a separate sink and another that serves as a breakfast bar), a range that includes two separate oven chambers, copious counter space, and a wet bar for quick drink mixing or grab-and-go snacks. Enjoy dinner in the dining area, on the living room's sectional (especially if it's movie night in front of the TV), or out on the furnished balcony. Enjoy a lovely view of Big Redfish Lake and the shared pools - it's only a short walk to the beach!

The primary bedroom features a king bed, extra seating, a multi-section closet, a private entrance to the balcony, and a beautiful en suite bathroom with double sinks, a soaking tub, and a spacious tiled shower that includes a shower bench. The second bedroom is off the foyer and includes a desk workspace and an en suite bathroom with a tiled standalone shower. The third bedroom features a queen bed, TV, and access to a full bathroom with a tiled standalone shower. The fouth bedroom features two queen beds, a TV, and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

Enjoy an accessible beach boardwalk, while local restaurants are less than a mile away. Grayton Beach State Park (which features an alternative beach access and the Underwater Museum of Art) is just over a two mile drive, and features an alternative beach access. The charming community of Seaside, including the famous 'Truman Show' home on 31 Natchez Street, is just three and a half miles away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
