Come make happy memories at Sandy Kisses! Your four-bedroom, three and a half bath beach home on 30A comfortably welcomes up to 11 guests and is perfectly located in the gated community of the Preserve of Grayton Beach.
When you pull your car into the Preserve, Sandy Kisses is the house right off Scenic Highway 30A. Another location bonus is the community pool directly across the street. But don’t worry, the pool is gated and surrounded by beautiful Florida palms, oaks, pines, and mangroves. You have all the location perks and still have quiet privacy.
After you take note of your perfect location, you will quickly notice that Sandy Kisses has two large first and second-floor porches. The downstairs wrap-around patio is perfect for sipping morning coffee or an after-dinner nightcap before bed. Upon entering the home, you will be greeted by the serene and soft colors of white, tan, and hints of sea green and blue. Perfect ambiance for a relaxing beach vacation like no other.
Sandy Kisses boasts two master bedrooms. One of the master bedrooms is on the first floor and the other on the second floor. Both have private baths with showers, while the upstairs master has a huge whirlpool tub. The downstairs master has its very own porch on the back of the house and the upstairs master has its own balcony in the front of the home. The third bedroom and the fourth bedroom share a jack and jill bathroom. Perfect for a family to share. All bedrooms have their own Smart TVs.
The kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. The dining room can comfortably seat 8 guests at the table. The living room features a Smart TV, allowing you to cozy up for a sweet family and friends movie night. A private gas grill is available for the nights when you’ve had way too much fun at the beach, and just want to kick back and cook at home.
The best way to cruise up and down 30A is via bike, and lucky for you, 4 adult bikes come with the home. Take your short .3 mile walk (7 minutes) walk to the beach and enjoy laying out on cozy beach towels. Beach service for a fee makes lounging on the beach even more luxurious. Maybe even rent a paddleboard/kayak for your day in the sun. However, if relaxing right in the neighborhood is more your speed, The Preserve has 2 community pools, one heated for cooler months, tennis courts, and a fitness center all within a short walk within the gated community.

The property was a great location and very nice. However, the property managment group could strive to do a little better with communication as we had 2 contact numbers texting me throughout our stay and neither had the same answer when questions were asked. We were a little disappointed when the cleaning crew arrived at 8:30am and sat outside the house waiting for us to depart by 9am (seems a tad early to have to be out of a rental).

We stayed here during Christmas. The location was great, short walk to the beach (about 10 minutes). The house was clean and had everything we needed for our vacation. Highly recommend and would go back again.

Love location, easy access to beach and swimming pool. It's too hot without A/C for one night and our last night in this house we were surprised when lighting struck the house across from our rental house and there was no internet connection. But our family beach vacation in 2023 was still have a happy ending. Thank you so much We'll come back !!! Sue
