Located in The Preserve at Grayton Beach, a private gated community, this beautifully decorated, Pottery Barn style, 4 bedroom/4 bath private home comes fully furnished for the whole family to enjoy.
The Preserve at Grayton is a quiet, upscale community that is located on beautiful 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, just 1.5 miles from the Town of Grayton Beach where shops and restaurants can be found. The community is close to Seaside, Watercolor, and a 15 minute drive to Destin.
SHORT WALK TO THE BEACH via a private beach access nature trail in 7 -8 minutes. The beach is one of the widest on 30-A with sugar white dunes in the background. The community has tennis courts, a work out facility and two community pools available for guests. The neighborhood is surrounded by Point Washington State Park offering over 10 miles of biking & hiking trails.
The home is open and spacious to enjoy your vacation. The four bedrooms are beautifully decorated with families in mind. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. The master suite is on the main level and furnished with a king size bed, 55” flat screen and huge walk in closet. The main master bath has a Jacuzzi bath, dual vanities and separate walk-in shower. The Bunk-room (great for kids) is also on the main level and is furnished with a full on full Bunk-bed which sleeps four and a 32” flat screen. Another master on the second level is furnished with a king size bed and 55” flat screen. This master has access to its own balcony with great views of the Preserve. The fourth bedroom on the second level is furnished with two queen size beds and 32' flat screen. All in all, you can sleep 12 (8 adults and 4 children) or 10 adults comfortably, perfect for two families to share or extended families.
The main living area has ample seating with a comfy sectional sofa and 55” flat screen with Blue Ray DVD which makes this a great place to relax when you are not on the beach. Wireless broadband internet access is provided free of charge. The designer kitchen comes equipped with Stainless Appliances and Granite Counters with a breakfast bar that seats 4. A separate dining area seats 8.
The home boasts a wrap- around porch on the main level with seating area as well as an upstairs balcony to relax and enjoy the views. There is an outdoor shower for beach goers and for the outdoor cook, a new gas grill.

We prefer our guests to have at least one person in their party to be 28 or older. We allow small pets after owner approval. Daily and weekly rentals only. During the months of June, July and August, we only rent Saturday to Saturday. Thank You.

Book your next stay to 30A HERE. The property was Everything as described and so much more! We stayed here for 3.5 weeks and had all the amenities needed to make us feel like we were at home. It is tastefully decorated, kitchen is well stocked, and bedrooms/bathrooms were extremely comfortable. The beach was an easy 10 minute walk, or you can enjoy either of the 2 pools available. For a break from the water there are cute shops, restaurants , and “things to do” within just a few miles in either direction of the community, too. Our host David was very responsive to just the few questions we had. The gated community itself has high standards and it shows - a very peaceful, quiet, and beautiful environment. We Highly Recommend booking your stay at Sea La Vie!

Well appointed home with charming, clean and comfortable decor. Owner gave great instructions so we had no confusion. The home is quiet and relaxing. Nice area which is convenient to some great restaurants. A sweet private boardwalk to the beach- Owner has thought fully supplied most anything you would need for the beach. Loved the pickle ball equipment, and ping pong table.
