The first floor features two guest bedrooms, a convenient kitchenette and a cozy patio overlooking the lush community. Upstairs, the second-floor living area is perfect for gathering, with an inviting living room and a fully updated kitchen designed for entertaining. On the third floor, you'll find the primary bedroom and an additional guest room, both sharing a full bathroom. The host was welcoming and responded to questions right away. The house is very nice and in a quiet neighborhood and close proximity to a beautiful beach and community. I highly recommend this place!

Great location in a cute town. Able to walk to the beach and restaurants. Larger towns with more shopping and dining options were a close drive away. I wish there were more space at the public beach access points, but we were always able to find a spot. The house itself was in great condition. Very clean and the check in and out process was super easy. Would recommend a golf cart if traveling with small children.

We really enjoyed our stay at Dune Our Thing The location was perfect—just a short bike ride/golf cart ride to the beach and close to restaurants and shops. The house had plenty of room for our group to spread out and relax, which was a huge plus.When the balcony door from the master bedroom got stuck we reached out to the property manager. Communication with the property manager was excellent—friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even better.We especially appreciated the bikes and basketball net/basketballs that were available—such a nice extra touch for families! Unfortunately, the basketballs were deflated and there weren’t other beach essentials like chairs or umbrellas to borrow, which would’ve made the beach days even easier.The only real downside was the cleanliness of the tub/showers, which could’ve used a bit more attention before our arrival.Overall, we had a great time and would consider staying again with just a few small improvements!
