Other things to note
-Pet friendly upon approval. Please inquire for non-refundable pet fee based on breed and size.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Rosemary Beach to the East or the town of WaterColor to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV/golf cart or other amenities provided to guests.

Our time at this beautiful home was a last minute get away for Spring Break with one of our daughters and her family (husband and 3 boys). There was plenty of room for everyone and the boys loved the bunk room! They also loved being right next to the pool and we were very happy that it was heated as it was rather cool for March! The office and property management staff were professional and helpful when we had a minor golf cart issue (that they resolved quickly). This lovely home is very conveniently located to all the restaurants and shops in the area. We hope to be able to return again soon and would encourage other families or groups to utilize this rental!!
