The house was amazing! Perfect for our family- and very, very kid friendly. The beach was an easy walk away and very convenient to get home for kids naps quickly. The home was beautiful and comfortable- we LOVED it!! Definitely recommend!

We loved everything about our vacation!! The house is beautiful, and has everything you need to cook with all kinds of pots and pans! Every room is beautiful, and the master bedroom is amazing!! Both of the porches are perfect for hanging out. I loved the porch swing. The bikes were fun to use to go around the neighborhood. The walk to and from the beach is nice. Having an option of two community pools is great and we enjoyed playing ping pong in the fitness room. We would choose to stay there again 100%.

This property felt like a home away from home with a very convenient location if you love the beach nearby and pools without having to move your vehicle. It was so convenient to use the onsite provided beach chairs and be able to walk about from your door, on the path, across the crosswalk , over the boardwalk and a short trot in the sand to get to the waterfront. The area of the beach access is unmatched. If I had young children, this would be a top pick for me due to the area at the beach where the dune lake waters mix with the ocean waters is a shallow water area with large area to play in sand away from the shore; in. my observation at least. Perfect location between everything we were looking for. I also appreciated the clean home without the synthetic fragrance anywhere that I noticed. The booking staff through Oversee was very responsive to my questions and I felt very confident in their attentiveness. We also felt very safe here in this neighborhood. Would book again hands down.

We always enjoy the Preserve at Grayton neighborhood, and this home was another good find. Very spacious with good amenities. Would definitely book again.
