UNIT DETAILS:
Unit 3121 is luxurious and inviting, with coastal influences throughout and the comforts of home as you settle into the feeling of an endless summer escape. On the 3rd floor of the complex, this unit has a second story master suite with a private balcony.
Easily accommodates up to 10 guests, with a spacious open floor plan through the kitchen, dining and living room spaces. Comfortable seating for all to enjoy the late night movie on the Smart TV or bing that family favorite show on your personal streaming accounts. The extended patio is perfect for morning coffee or sunset drinks as it overlooks the pool deck and the lake.
KITCHEN:
The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steal appliances, and is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. There is a single serve Keurig and a 12 pot coffee maker. Kitchen amenities provide: 1 roll of paper towels, 2 trash bags, sponge and dish soap, dishwasher tablets and kitchen dish towels.
BEDROOMS:
4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms - sleeps 10 guests.
1. DOWNSTAIRS MASTER SUITE:
Large master bedroom off the living room features a king bed, smart tv, large walk-in closet, oversized bathroom with a jetted tub and separate tiled shower and double vanity. Private sliding glass doors to the patio.
2. QUEEN GUEST ROOM:
Downstairs bedroom with a queen bed, tv, and private bathroom with a tiled shower.
3. BUNK ROOM:
Downstairs bedroom with two sets of twin bunkbeds, tv, and private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. ***(PLEASE NOTE: The photos currently show two twin beds, the bedroom will be updated with two twin bunk beds by Nov. 15th, 2025. Updated photos to follow.)***
4. UPSTAIRS MASTER SUITE:
Expansive private master upstairs with a king bed, writing desk, sitting area and a private balcony with views of the lake and ocean. The bathroom features a separate tiled shower, jetted tub, double vanity and a toilet closet.
OTHER FEATURES;
Laundry room with stacked washer and dryer, drying racks for beach towels, ironing board and iron.
AMENITIES PROVIDED:
Travel size shower amenities include: shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 small trash bag in each bathroom, 1 laundry pod, and kitchen amenities listed above.
SECURITY:
Property is gated and all guests and owners must have a code or wristband to enter. Access to all amenities require the wristbands provided by the owner in the unit.
BEACH ACCESS:
- Private water taxi (pontoon boat) service is an enjoyable shuttle to the beach that is loved by all! The Captains are friendly and are one of the unique perks of Sanctuary at Redfish. The ride is about a 5 min ride across Big Red Fish Lake, runs seasonly March 1st - November 30th, 9am - 5pm. Peak season May 26 - August 15 is 9am - 7pm. Off season golf cart shuttle is available to the Pedestrian Preserve.
- Pedestrian Preserve Walkway - private gated boardwalk. About a 17 minute stroll from the unit to the beach. Tranquil walkway winds through the preserve and past dunes to the beach.
RENTAL RULES:
We do not rent to guests under the age of 25. There is a minimum night rental according to season.
PROPERTY RULES:
- This is a non-smoking property. No smoking allowed anywhere on property, not even balconies.
Smoking on property can result in eviction.
- No RV's or trailers may be parked on the property.
- Only two cars allowed for your reservation, includes golf cart should you rent one.
- No battery powered golf carts, only gas.
