Professionally decorated in beachy-yet-polished style, this 2,200-square-foot, condo in Sanctuary by the Sea enjoys wonderful access to the property's beach, swimming pools, hot tubs, and countless other amenities. You'll be treated to 10-foot ceilings, a private balcony with views of the neighboring coastal dune lake and nature preserve, and a gorgeous kitchen complete with Viking appliances, a pot-filler over the stove, granite countertops, a wet bar with an ice maker, and a wine fridge. The living room is decorated with beach contemporary decor and features a 75-inch HDTV and soundbar. All bedrooms have been updated with new TVs. Sanctuary by the Sea is an immaculately kept Gulf-front resort in Blue Mountain Beach with 18 miles of walking/bike trails at your doorstep.
This condo is located on the west side of Sanctuary by the Sea, a 23-acre, Gulf-front property with 650 feet of white sand shoreline. You'll be just a few steps from three pools, two hot tubs, the lake, grilling stations, seasonal gas firepits, a fitness center, a virtual golf facility, a clubhouse, and a theater room on the property grounds. Walk 100 yards north to explore beautiful Grayton Beach State Park, ride your bike three miles west to peruse the shops and restaurants of Gulf Place Town Center, or head four miles east to bustling Seagrove Beach.

Overall it was an amazing stay, the building was very quiet, and there was enough space and amenities for the whole family to enjoy. The only con with the building as a whole is pool rules and regulations. One of the best parts of vacation is a night swim, so it would be nice to be able to have the pool open until quiet hours at 10pm. Also, security does look at cameras throughout the day which is a good thing, but they are very serious about not having drinks by the pool. We witnessed a group being asked to leave over the issue. So if that is something that doesn’t align with your idea of a good vacation, this may not be the place for you.

We rented in between spring break and summer so it was quiet.

We loved this property and was aware there would be work on the balcony but did not know that would start with drilling at 800am and not end until 5pm, even on the weekend. Make sure no construction is happening before you book. We called after a day or two to get a credit so we could leave and no one called us back or emailed.
