This Gulf-front escape features a private balcony with lovely views of the Gulf of Mexico and the white sand beach, and it includes access to the property's beautiful swimming pools, hot tubs, fitness center, and other fantastic on-site amenities.

The 23-acre Sanctuary by the Sea is a Gulf-front property on the shores of Santa Rosa Beach, offering 650 feet of white sugar sand, three pools, two hot tubs, seasonal gas firepits, gas grills, a well-appointed fitness center, a virtual golf facility, and a theater room (which is available to reserve). Right on the property property, you'll have access to kayaks to take out on the coastal dune lake, bikes to assist in exploring the area, and paths that lead to Grayton Beach State Park (100 yards north) and beyond. The eclectic community of Grayton Beach is less than two miles east, Gulf Place Town Center is three miles west, and Seagrove Beach is four miles east.

Reservations between March and October include beach service.
Free rentals of DVDs and free seasonal rentals of two bikes and a kayak (one hour).

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
