Sanctuary by the Sea is a Gulf-front property set right on the shores of Santa Rosa Beach, offering 650 feet of white sugar sands, three pools, two hot tubs, seasonal gas firepits, gas grills, a fitness center, and a virtual golf facility. On-site, you'll enjoy access to kayaks to take out on the coastal dune lake, bikes for easily exploring the area, and walking paths that lead to Grayton Beach State Park and beyond. The eclectic community of Grayton Beach is less than two miles east, Gulf Place Town Center is three miles west, and Seagrove Beach is four miles east.

Great location. Very peaceful and uncrowned during fall break. Wish at least one of the pools were heated and the hot tub and fire pit were accessible after dusk. Very spacious condo for two families.

Really enjoyed this condo! The giant TV in the living was nice for a movie night. The extra quilts and comforters in the closets were especially nice with the efficient air unit in the condo. The unit was very clean and tidy. The patio furniture was a plus to relax on for evening sunset or morning coffee. We would definitely stay in this condo again.

The property is gorgeous and would have been perfect, however there was construction on the balcony during our time there-with no access to balcony. The construction started daily about 9 am and they were tearing out the stucco walls on the balcony so it was heavy hammering and saws going, along with construction workers right outside the balcony door. The property should not have been listed as available during this time. After emails and complaints over the phone the management company gave me $300 off, however they should have been more proactive in offering that ahead of time instead of it taking complaints to do anything.
