The balcony includes restained furniture and will be a popular place to drink a morning cup of coffee or reminisce in the evening over a bottle of wine, as the view is breathtaking at sunrise and sunset. For a day in the sun, guests can enjoy a day by the pool or head to the beach for some sandy toes and crashing waves. No one has to cheat on their fitness goals either, as there is a fitness facility onsite as well! When mealtimes come around, the cook of the group will be glad to know that a full kitchen complete with two sinks, new appliances, and a large island is ready for some family favorite recipes to be made! Up to ten guests can come along, so bring the whole family to this amazing getaway here in Santa Rosa Beach.

Perched in a central location, this property is within 15 miles of several all-ages attractions including Baytowne Adventure Zone, The Maximum Magic Show, 30A Songwriters Festival and 30A Airboat Adventures! Bud & Alley’s, Café 30A, Bijoux and The Doughnut Hole are popular dining restaurants within three miles of your front door. For some lake activities, Big Redfish Lake is just steps away and Draper Lake is a few miles as well where locals love to watch the sunset. If hiking is up your alley, Longleaf Pine Trailhead is just three miles away for a great way to spend the day amongst trees and nature.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
