Watch the sunrise each morning on your expansive private balcony, and spend your days swimming in the property's pools, unwinding in the hot tubs, and easily explore the natural wonders of Scenic Highway 30A on foot and by bike. This retreat has been recently updated with a new outdoor sofa, two chaise loungers, and dining chairs for the porch, a new large round white coffee table in the living room, and two new table lamps for the main bedroom's night tables.

This Gulf-front property sits on 23 secluded acres of Santa Rosa Beach, with 650 feet of sugar sand coastline reserved for your use. You'll be just a few steps from the property's three pools, two hot tubs, seasonal gas firepits, gas grills, fitness center, virtual golf facility, and theater room (which is available to reserve). Rent a kayak to take out on the coastal dune lake, take advantage of the seasonal beach service, or wander 100 yards north to explore Grayton Beach State Park. The charming community of Grayton Beach is less than two miles east, the shops and restaurants of Gulf Place Town Center are three miles west, and Seagrove Beach is four miles east.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
