This Gulf-front property sits on 23 acres of Santa Rosa Beach, with 650 feet of white sand shoreline, three pools, two hot tubs, grilling stations, seasonal gas firepits, a fitness center, a virtual golf facility, a clubhouse, and a theater room. Rent a kayak to take out on the coastal dune lake on-site, or wander 100 yards north to explore the pristine landscapes of Grayton Beach State Park. You'll also be less than two miles west of Grayton Beach, three miles east of the shops and restaurants of Gulf Place Town Center, and four miles west of Seagrove Beach.

This property is more secluded and private compared to others in the area which is nice! The views from the rooms are not oceanfront but it’s a quick walk to private beach access which was great.

I would recommend this unit. We have stayed at sanctuary by the sea several times and can’t say enough good things about the property. We were happy with the unit and enjoyed our stay.

Second time we’ve stayed at Sanctuary by the Sea. Very family friendly, peaceful, and great amenities. The walk to the beach is a little further than some places we’ve stayed, but not terrible if you utilize the beach chair service and if you have small kids a wagon is a must. This unit was clean and spacious for 4 adults and 2 kids.
Come - Beds were just fine and the unit could use some updating. Carpets in bedrooms need to be replaced, toilet paper holder in half bath constantly falls, and the outlets in the kitchen did not work. We had to move appliances to the wet bar to be able to use. The fridge was missing a lot of shelves so less storage.
We did ask for a new coffee maker and management had a brand new one delivered within hours.
