The position of the apartment is great and the size of the accommodation

The communal area could be improved. There was a construction work going on just outside the apartment. If there is any written instructions of how to use TV and internet(did not work) would be better. Sometimes I could not get a reply from the owner

Lovely apartment and a very helpful host. The location was excellent for the Christmas market, eating out and shops.

The wifi was a bit challenging but the host was most helpful. There was a rather unpleasant smell in the communal area but the apartment was lovely.

L’emplacement est parfait pour profiter du Vieux Lille ! Les espaces de l’appartement sont bien pensés et agréables. Tout est à disposition : sèche-cheveux , serviettes , savons, essuies …

Les espaces communs de l’immeuble sont très sales avec une mauvaise odeur persistante jusque dans l’appartement. Le rideau de douche ne retient pas l’eau, une autre solution éviterait les débordements.

Top locatie!

De locatie was uitstekend: alles lag op wandelafstand. Het appartement zelf was proper en goed uitgerust, alles wat je nodig hebt was aanwezig. De hosts waren vriendelijk en gaven duidelijke uitleg, wat het verblijf aangenaam maakte.

Het zetelbed is aan vervanging toe; de matras is niet meer comfortabel en minder geschikt om met twee personen te slapen. Daarnaast moet je via een erg vuile en onaangename inkom en gang naar het appartement, wat qua hygiëne en geur een slechte eerste indruk geeft. Tot slot was het verblijf erg lawaaierig, zowel door de bovenburen die tot laat in de nacht geluid maakten als door straatlawaai, waardoor het soms leek alsof je buiten sliep.

Beau séjour en famille

La disponibilité du propriétaire, l'emplacement de l'appartement (près des magasins, de la place, de la gare, du Vieux Lille), la propreté. Rien à redire.

Un petit souci rencontré c'est que nous avions réservé pour 4 et le propriétaire a été prevenu d'une reservation pour 2. Heureusement il était dispo pour solutionner le malentendu et nous a déposé le linge de lit nécessaire. S'il y a un point négatif à signaler c'est le vitrage et l'isolation. On entend le bruit de rue et en hiver le chauffage prend du temps a chauffer la pièce.

Muy buena estancia de 7 días

Sofá cama muy cómodo. Dormí 6 noches ahí. Limpio, todo funciona perfectamente, bien climatizado, agua caliente, luz con ventanales a una calle con tiendas. Comunicación perfecta con el dueño. Nos dejó salir más tarde sin problema.

La entrada al edificio no corresponde con el apartamento en sí. Muy sucio y da muy mala impresión.

Idealer Ausgangspunkt, um die Stadt zu erkunden.

Die Lage ist ideal, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Die Lautstärke von der Straße haben wir nicht als störend empfunden. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist für einen Kurzaufenthalt vollkommen ausreichend, Einrichtung - insbesondere das Bad - ist ebenfalls gepflegt. Unsere Kinder haben auf dem Schlafsofa gut geschlafen.

Appartement très bien agencé et très bien placé. Seul petit bémol, on a manque d’eau chaude. Peut être un peu juste pour 4 personnes à ce niveau là mais ceci n’a gâché en rien notre séjour.

Perfecte locatie!

Een fijn appartement op een perfecte locatie middenin de oude stad. Ideaal met (kleine) kinderen, die tussen het bezichtigen van de stad door soms even naar de wc moeten of bijv. een slaapje nodig hebben. Parkeren kan bij de Opéra parking voor EUR 15,70 per 24 uur. Het is vanaf daar slechts 2 minuten lopen. Het appartement is schoon en de eigenaar zeer attent!

Apartamento céntrico a buen precio.

La ubicación. Muy céntrico y a poco más de 15 minutos de la estación de ferrocarril y de la parada de autobús interurbano, te permite visitar a pie todo el casco antiguo de la ciudad. Aunque sin grandes lujos, nosotros no echamos nada de menos. Buena relación calidad/precio.

En apartamento está reformado, pero el edificio es antiguo y las zonas comunes están bastante descuidadas y con aspecto sucio. Desaconsejable para personas con problemas de movilidad, ya que las escaleras son estrechas y empinadas.

Très bien quand même!

Bel appartement confortable très bien placé au centre de Lille. Explications très claires pour récupérer la clé et le propriétaire a gentiment accepté un départ un peu plus tardif.

Pas de gel douche ni de shampooing ni de réserve de papier toilette!! Gros points noirs auxquels il faut vraiment remédier! Rideaux pas très occultants. Rue très bruyante mais on est dans le centre avec les pavés du Nord donc pas de surprise.
