The location- near the Ferry Landing and the view out of the French windows. The accessibility of nearby walks

The shower room is a bit worn. grout coming put of the floor tiles. The sink basin is positioned too low and gave me back pain stooping down to it. Generally surfaces were slightly sticky from the spray used in cleaning. Some crockery/ cutlery missing from inventory. RH Bedside lamp not working. Vacuum cleaner in bad state. RCD for Cooker kept tripping.

Location was good, nice & quiet just what we want Really enjoyed the stay

Needed a clothes maiden, wet washing. No where to put clothes. You provide a washing machine, But nothing else. Other than that everything fine

Really stylish place, with great food, drink and staff. Really comfortable bedroom with a lovely bathroom.

It was cosey, amazing. Amazing views

We had an issue with the fire alarm On Wednesday at 2am. We could not work out how to turn it off. We were up for two hours. I tried the contact number with no answer. I emailed the contact with no answer and eventually someone came back to me on the Friday we were leaving. We were with out a fire alarm in the bedroom for 2 nights which was extremely in nerving. I would like to be compensated for this. We had come away as things were stressful at home and we ended up feeling stressed whilst we were away. I would like someone to contact me please.
