The cottage is beautiful and in a prime location for everything within Bowness and Windermere.
The cottage has street parking, is extremely spacious and tastefully designed. It has a quaint little courtyard which was a sun-trap! Our family of 5 including our little pet thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nutkin cottage-highly recommended and we would absolutely book again.

This is a really nice, large cottage with all the facilities that we needed. Several rooms on the ground floor, bedrooms on the first, a large table with chairs and a fine kitchen. Washing machine and dryer. Parking licence.

The location is perfect, the free convenient parking also a bonus.
Property is exactly as described and has a very well equipped kitchen.
Outside space is lovely and nice to have in centre of Bowness, as well as the outhouse with washing machine etc.
Street is quiet & peaceful.
Bed in master bedroom is only a double, the room is lovely and spacious and has plenty room for a king size which would have improved our stay significantly as my partner is 6'4...
A few cobwebs/dust in places, only 1 roll of toilet paper provided & no tea/coffee provisions provided on arrival.
