It is very spacious, clean and well equipped with household items. Having its own parking area is also a plus. The location was great (a short walk from the town centre). It is a ground floor apartment which was helpful for us as we had our baby with us and had lots of things to carry in and out the property. I would recommend to friends and 100% would stay here again.
It was hard to initially find the property due to our sat nav sending us round in circles but eventually we did find it. As mentioned in previous reviews it is a narrow lane and turning into the car park.

Great location
Could have done with a hand rail in shower for older guests and waste paper bins in each room. Also was frightened to cook in case we set off fire alarms.

The location near the centre of Bowness is great, along with parking next to the apartments.
We booked based on previous reviews however we did not find the apartment we were expecting. The space was not thoroughly cleaned, the fridge smelt, was dirty and had no door shelf for bottles, we were left stained towels, there was dust and dirt around the edge of rooms and under the table. The shower did not drain so water flooded onto the floor and not surprisingly the bathroom smelt damp.
