Central location next to shops/restaurants and bars. Ample parking. Clean rooms. Comes with towels and general appliances and cleaning products. Warm and cosy
Sofa too small for large groups in living room. No EV charging spot near by. Mattresses too soft

Location of the property was excellent right in the centre of Bowness with access to shops, bars, restaurants and short walk to the lake. The apartment was clean and offered good facilities with well equipped kitchen, the bedrooms were generous in size. The apartment was clean and tidy. Has good wifi. Car parking was over the road and cost us £21 for 3 days. Would definitely use again as superb value for money
Lots of stairs to the apartment which was difficult with luggage. Not enough comfy seating to accommodate 6 guests so 3 of us had to sit on dining chairs which is not ideal. Could do with a larger frying pan!!.

Reasonable price especially in the tourist hotspot, all 3 rooms are spacious enough for luggages, we love that they put tables and mirror with lights in the room.
Unfortunately, during check out we found a furry animal part with rotten smell under the cushion of the sofa which gave us all quite a shock esp. for the kids. We didnt know what it was and can you imagine the panic when we found a dark furry object under the cushion that we had spent 2 nights on……
After contacting the staff, he sent the cleaner for a check and found that it’s a dried animal ear used as dog food/toys. A relief at least it’s not some horrible things….
We didn’t bring any pets, the dog toy definitely not belong to us.
We really appreciate the staff for the prompt reply and clear explanation, his service is amazing and to the point. However we had expected a higher hygiene level.
