Was a modern flat in a quiet location (though flats appear to be rather dated themselves). Everything was provided, was very comfortable and cosy for our needs.
I couldn't increase temperature or heating in our bedroom - only the main flat thermostat in the lounge permitted this.

Clean and modern,
Quiet and peaceful, easy parking,
Partial lake view ok.. but not accessible within 3 minute walk as stated had to take a 10 minute drive to nearest town centre and lake side.
