Great location Property a bit tired and downstairs bedrooms and toilet seemed to have a problem with smell possibly drains.
As above seemed to be a drain smell. No soap in toilets and no dishwasher tablets or bin bags

The amenities of the marina were amazing - with very family friendly areas and places to explore. Also being so close to Bowness that everything was walkable was a plus.
