The location is lovely - down a single track country lane [3/4 mile] - far from the main road, but not too far from a well stocked co-op adjacent to a conveniently located fuel station.
The coast [Bigbury on Sea] is a 30 minute drive - recommended - with Salcombe a little further away
A great location to explore both the South Devon coast and nearby Dartmoor.

Excellent location lot of space in the property for 6 people, information needs updating in the folders but otherwise no complaints.

The property is in the perfect location if you want to one d and relax. Great for walking the dog and exploring the countryside.
The property really does need a complete decoration from top to bottom, it's really tired and in places was in need of repair.
