Great location, very easy to get to the centre of Exeter. We made good use of the garden space as it was lovely weather.

A spacious property over three floors which can sleep up to 8 people. The sitting room has two large sofas, so a great place to chill out. The kitchen has been refurbished and is in a great condition with everything you need even for longer stays, including a washing machine. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a large table to accommodate everybody. There is a bathroom on the middle floor and an additional toilet on the group floor. There are two dedicated parking spaces (one at the back, one at the front) and additional parking shared with other residents. The property is within a short walk of the local shops and restaurants.
As this is an older property, the floors are creaky, so noisy in the night should you need to go to the toilet. The two main bedrooms (sleeping up to 4) are on the top floor and the main bathroom is on the middle floor, so you would need to go down the stairs. You can sleep on the ground floor with easy access to the toilet, but that would be right next to the entrance door in the room converted into a bedroom.
We also found the mattresses uncomfortable, but this could be an individual preference.
