A spacious property stocked for a longer stay in a convenient locality

A spacious property over three floors which can sleep up to 8 people. The sitting room has two large sofas, so a great place to chill out. The kitchen has been refurbished and is in a great condition with everything you need even for longer stays, including a washing machine. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a large table to accommodate everybody. There is a bathroom on the middle floor and an additional toilet on the group floor. There are two dedicated parking spaces (one at the back, one at the front) and additional parking shared with other residents. The property is within a short walk of the local shops and restaurants.

As this is an older property, the floors are creaky, so noisy in the night should you need to go to the toilet. The two main bedrooms (sleeping up to 4) are on the top floor and the main bathroom is on the middle floor, so you would need to go down the stairs. You can sleep on the ground floor with easy access to the toilet, but that would be right next to the entrance door in the room converted into a bedroom. We also found the mattresses uncomfortable, but this could be an individual preference.

Loved the fully fitted kitchen which enabled us to prepare an evening meal after work.

Lovely homely house.

It was clean and very comfortable for 6 of us - space to all sit in the lounge and to all sit down for dinner. Nice bedding and comfortable beds. Excellent heating and WiFi that worked. Nicely furnished. Plenty of cutlery, crockery and glasses. The only thing missing was a teapot. Would recommend.

Great stay, would happily stay again and would easily recommend.

Host really accommodating, called before arrival to check in with us and also just before departure to check that everything had gone ok. Excellent location, easy access to main roads/public transport if needed.
