Great location, modern, clean and bright
We had a pleasant stay, the house is spacious, clean, modern with plenty of sunlights. Owner provide all the essential supplies. Communication with the owner was easy with clear check in instruction. The house entrance is off street so it is quiet location. Free street parking is great. Supermarket is 5 min walking distance away which is a big bonus.
The kitchen tap was broken, we were splashed few times. The stairs to the bedrooms is quite steep & narrow, not suitable for young kids or old people.

Gorgeous, quality property with parking
Was really taken aback by this property upon arrival - pictures do not do it justice. Gorgeous, comfy seating area and well stocked kitchen. Property was bright and airy, and an easy walking distance to cafes and shops in Heavitree. On-street parking easily available. Steps up to the property and steep and narrow internal stairs, just to be aware of.
Would have been nice if the single beds could be merged into a double, and if the tv could be lower down/tilted towards the seating area.
