Good value, lovely location, convenient for walking to and from events at the University (c40 minutes via Exeter Green Trail), and the horse neighbour was an interesting - and quirky - fun bonus.
A bread knife would be a good addition and we wondered whether the shelves directly above the cooker might encourage condensation when cooking but otherwise everything was great

A unique property in a stable yard.
A large window into a the neighbouring stable but a curtain if you wish.
Place was scrupulously clean and really well equipped.
The fridge even had a pizza salad and a coke,what a wonderful touch.

The property advertises it as "sleep next to a horse" there was a window and a stable next to us, but no horse! Sleep next to a stable wasn't what we expected.
