The cleanliness, space and facilities in the flat were absolutely brilliant.
The location is also brilliant.
I would definitely stay again.
Whilst it was not an issue, as there is Tesco nearby, I was half expecting a welcome pack (eg milk) due to a comment to that effect on your reviews - so maybe worth deciding if you do or don't provide that and making it clear.
On arrival, the scruffy external appearance of the property is a little disconcerting (bins etc) and is the complete opposite of the amazing interior! Also the rose needs trimming, as it is interfering with access to the door.
It took me a while to work out the heating, but the video did help. Once you realise how to outsmart the heating, to stop it turning off every 2 hours, it was very snug. I was working there all day (5am - 10pm), so I wanted it on continuously.

The apartment was very well equipped and thoughtfully setup. Little touches like fresh milk in the fridge, and a bottle of wine and cookies as a welcome gift were unexpected and lovely. The management company could not have been more helpful and we will definitely be returning in the near future.
Parking was a little bit of a pain as we couldn’t get into the small nearby car park and ended up in a large one further away.
