Good communications. Great location with parking. Lovely little house with great facilities, well decorated and well equipped. WiFi was good (happy teenagers!). Easy to walk everywhere around central Exeter. Really happy with the stay.

Really helpful host.Everything there to cook for a family but excellent choice of restaurants in easy walking distance.Parking for 2 cars a real bonus plus big car park very close by.The bed settee is in the separate lounge so even if others want to stay up later/ get up earlier,there is still the separate dining room and separate kitchen so anyone in the lounge isn’t disturbed.The ONLY thing that could be a problem is that there is only one loo and that is in the main bathroom.
