Beautifully decorated and finished, with a great location and everything you could need for a restful break away.

The flat appeared to be comfortable and clean and tidy.

Exterior rundown, poor condition, lock on front door broken, communal parts in need of redecoration and carpet clean. Unable to open front door with key provided, owner attended with alternative key, but informed us that front door key and flat door key was the same, giving any other occupant access. Good response from owner, and refund given

Nicely decorated, comfortable beds, good kitchen and bathroom. Close to waitrose supermarket and hospital. Easy walk into the city centre.

The apartment was spotless, extremely well equipped with high quality fixtures and fittings, which ensured a comfortable stay. It was excellent!

Well worth a short stay, and terrific value for money.

The apartment was clean and finished to a high standard. It was well located, just a few minutes from the town centre. The pictures provided in the advert accurately depict the apartment. Parking is free; there is a book of visitor passes that needed to be completed by me and displayed on my vehicle.

Parking availability was a bit awkward at one point, and it wasn't entirely clear where I was allowed to park. Otherwise, exemplary.

5* beautiful Apartment, excellent host, great location and great parking

5* host and super stylish apartment. Aron is an excellent host with fantastic communication. The property is beautiful you will not be disappointed. Everything you need is provided, super comfortable beds and soft towels. Everything was super clean and fresh. Two great sized bedrooms and large double beds. Great lighting and plenty of storage. Very well equipped kitchen, comfortable sofas in the lounge area. Plenty of natural light and windows can be opened if warm. Stunning bathroom with a great shower. All in all Aron has thought of everything and has created a beautiful place to stay. Parking is a bonus and we even managed to park a van as we were dropping our son off for the start of 2nd year university. It is in an excellent location very close to St Luke's Campus but only a 15-20 minute lovely walk into the centre of town. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again when we return to Exeter.

Beautiful apartment. Spotlessly clean, well equipped with everything you needed, comfortable beds and great to have parking included in price.

The apartment was fabulous though maybe could have done with a mirror in the second bedroom. This is only a helpful suggestion as couldn’t fault the flat on anything else. Just fabulous.

A beautifully presented apartment with every amenity that you could wish for. Comfortable beds. A gorgeous bathroom. Helpful and considerate host. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

We had everything we needed and couldn't find fault with anything. The apartment has been decorated and furnished to an extremely high standard.

The hosts is brilliant, was the first person to book this place and we had a great time. Lovely apartment close to city centre. 10/10 recommend, I would definitely stay again!
