Location was perfect for everything I needed and had free parking too!

Fantastic location and to have parking was a bonus (parking in Exeter is not easy!). Shops and centre all very close-by. Beautiful flat, very comfortable stay with everything we needed.
The weather - very rainy!!

We had a wonderful stay in Exeter and couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable experience. The accommodation was spotless, cosy, and thoughtfully set up, making it feel like a home away from home. The bed was especially comfortable, which made a big difference after long days.
The location was also a real highlight, incredibly convenient for getting around, with easy access to the city centre, shops and restaurants. Everything I needed was within walking distance, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

Beautiful and unigue apartment. Everything you need for an excellent stay, a very short stroll into the centre of Exeter. Georgie and Erin very helpful in sorting out any queries or problems. Easy to find and check in with the information provided by Georgie. Highly recommended.
Microwave was a bit temperamental, but we eventually got the hang of it. Nothing to dislike at all,

Great location with easy access to town and the train station. The WI-FI connection is good although the WI-FI access code was not provided. I had to take the router off the wall and get the code that way. Complimentary cereals but no milk! The host seemed friendly but it appears he lives in London and that could be why the apartment is so run down and poorly mantained. A shame because it has potential.
Although some of the issues I encountered were out of the landlord’s control, they still need to be mentioned. Had I known I would NEVER have booked this apartment. The communal areas were dirty. The apartment had a horrible smell upon my arrival. There is no ventilation in the apartment, only one window opens in the entire apartment (in the bedroom but it does not stay open). None of the sealed windows on the large enclosed balcony open. There are 2 tiny useless ventilators on the balcony. Every morning I started my day by wiping the windows in the apartment (condensation is bad in the apartment). I could not open the front door (the lock has issues) upon my arrival. The bathroom was tiny (no leg room when sitting on the toilet), the shower was tiny. Super uncomfortable bed (2 single beds put together) with a soft worn out lumpy mattress. Soft pillows. The curtains in the bedroom were hanging off the rail (I had to get a chair and fix them) and they were just hanging on the floor (too long). The shower needs to get unblocked, the floor is uneven in the entire old run down cold apartment. (I had to move the dining room table to make it steady). No iron board, the carpets were dirty with old staines. The blind in the bedroom was shorter than the window, there was limited storage place in the small bedroom. The apartment is in an old building which is poorly maintained and the apartment is in desperate need of remodelling. So the biggest problem here are the noisy neighbours. The landlord ironically asks all his guests to keep the noise down and respect the neighbours). The people upstairs are stamping around wearing footwear until 1:00 AM. (I complained to the landlord but sadly it made no difference). The person below has a cat which is crying outside at 5:00 AM until it is let back inside. Many steps to carry luggage up to the apartment. There is a mortgage company next door.

Super clean, lovely amenities. Love the coffee and tea tray that was included. Central Exeter, could not be a better location.
The sofa bed could do with a memory foam mattress protector or something to make it more comfortable. Definitely better for a 2 person stay but 4 can stay fine.

Location, location, location
A few glitches - an update in information (internet, location of manuals) would be helpful and possible map and/or picture of parking space. Otherwise, facilities are excellent and apartment very comfortable

Excellent location. Walking distance from city centre but also peaceful and quiet. Free parking at rear. Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice toiletries. Loved reading my book with a coffee in the conservatory in the mornings. Cereal, tea and coffee provided. Host was excellent and very helpful.
No drawer space in bedroom so had to have 2 cases on the floor all the time (although appreciate there isn’t space in the bedroom). Lack of ventilation made it a little uncomfortable in hot weather though helped if we shut the conservatory doors. Only one window that opens in the flat and it wouldn’t stay up, if tried to open it a little it slid down.

Lovely and well appointed, this is the perfect spot for a night, weekend, a working week, or more. Walkable to everything that matters, including transit up the hill to University campus. The enclosed balcony is a treat.

Location, quiet, off street private parking
Public areas of the building could be cleaner; bedside lights poor for reading; bed a little soft (mattress needs turning?); TV difficult to use

Well conceived flat with all the necessary basics and more. Cosy and curated by someone with impeccable style.
Parking conditions not ideal with a long walk from parking spot. Not the most salubrious area of Exeter, the locals kept warning me not to leave my bike unattended for a second.

It really is beautiful!
Very comfy bed and pillows.
Well equipped kitchen.
Quirky conservatory.
Convenient location for town centre.
There was no direct access to the parking at the rear - you had to walk round the block. But it wasn’t a major problem snd it wouldn’t dissuade us from staying here again.

The apartment was very comfortable and well located. It had everything that we needed for our stay.

Good location, clean and had everything I needed by way of facilities.
Bed the middle was where the singles were joined lumpy.
Also the only window where you could get fresh air wouldn’t stay up. I had to prop it up.

Great location, very convenient for Exeter city centre. Nice flat with full kitchen. Free off street parking was a big plus.
Some TLC needed in a couple of places. The mattress was very soft which isn’t our preference but will suit others.
The door to the balcony/conservatory had been left open so the flat was boiling when we arrived. But keeping the door and curtains closed during our stay kept things cooler - a good fan was also provided.

The flat is in a great location only a few minutes walk to the centre and key attractions. The off street parking is a huge benefit. The flat is comfortable with plenty of room to kick back and relax after a big day sightseeing. You have all the amenities to eat in (with an co-op just around the corner to buy the basics) and catch up on your washing, although this requires a bit of internet searching to work out how to use them.
The major point of note is that you need to haul luggage up two flights of narrow stairs, so it’s not for those struggling with back or knees. The second point is that one set of keys is provided which can be inconvenient.
There are some quirks. The shared entrance is musty, the floors are uneven (anything round rolls off the kitchen table), some of the cabinetry is dodgy and the shower/toilet is small. These are quirks experienced by anyone who rents a ‘period’ flat or apartment and you soon get used to them.

Great location -quiet yet close to central Exeter, modernised old flat with great glass walled balcony, nearby coop store, free parking nearby, very fishy smell in flat was rather unpleasant though, double bed in room on small side and sofa bed not so comfortable but adequate for our teenage son

Excellent though bed best suits a slim couple

It was perfect. So close to our granddaughter in uni house and near the city centre. All walkable. Will definitely come again next year when we visit her.
Nothing.

Quaint and original, this property is perfectly located for enjoying the wonderful town of Exeter. Well equipped, clean and comfortable, it worked well for us and our teenage son. Good communication with host. Free Parking at the back of the property was also super helpful, where we could just leave the car and be free to walk into the town.
Probably better suited for a couple.

Our host is super friendly and responds fast in messages. The flat Is beautifully decorated with a stunning balcony and the living room is nice too.
The bed is a bit small for two people but we managed it. In all it was a wonderful experience.

there was no parking as advertised all spaces were occupied.
the seagulls ate the breakfast so we went without the advertised breakfast. The pillows were very poor with no support, carpets dirty, toilet has no leg room

Excellent location.
A little small. But adequate for 2. Our daughter also stayed, so it made it snug. And the bathroom is off the main bedroom. So I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone who isn’t family or who needs privacy.

The flat is beautiful - particularly the balcony, is centrally located and has everything you need. The bed is very comfortable.

La cama doble solo mide 135 cm . Es muy pequeña para dos personas , por lo que no se descansa bien.
