Excellent accommodation for a short stay.

Self-catering. Location between Cathedral and Quay. Quiet. Excellent service from owners who provided top sheets to replace duvets. Cleanliness. Nearby secure parking.

Lack of coat hooks. Ridiculously heavy and hot duvets for this summer's temperatures (but overcome by owners so not a problem). Nothing else not to like. Rough sleepers in the city but not near here.

Would happily stay again

Location was great for the city centre and for visiting family. Facilities were great, much better than all staying in one hotel room.

We stayed during a period of hot weather and the heat of the day accumulated in the bedrooms, opening the window helped a little but the fans provided didn’t work too well in moving air around and the quilts were thick winter ones so sleeping was difficult. However, I understand this would have been the case staying anywhere else without air conditioning.

Quilts were FAR too thick for weather. No cork screw in drawer. Too many stairs. Blind in bathroom did not cover entire window

Good location between quay and town.

Central location for town and quay.

Very warm in the afternoon due to sun on the balcony door which had no blind. Fans were no help.

Wonderful and met all my expectations.

An amazing spacious apartment in a great location. A real home from home being very clean, comfortable and all that you will need to enjoy your vacation. Excellent facilities and certainly will book again.

Free parking next to location is only available from 6pm - 8am and other times payment metered and expensive time limited. Plenty of other public car parking nearby.

Good choice, best location, no issues at all.

Easy entry on arrival. We were allowed a late departure (although understand this isn’t always possible). Great location near Exeter Quay, the best area of town. Close to St. Thomas train station for day trips to local villages. Flat-both kitchen and bathroom-well equipped, everything provided except paper towels. Easy communication with staff. Recycling bins downstairs.

No issues. Hot in August, but fans provided. Some steps (20 or so) to apartment. Bedroom floors and stairs creak a little, but you’re over your own living room. Front door digital key pad a little temperamental, easy enough to get used to.

Feels like im home

I really like how easy it was to enter the property using a code. It makes checking in and checking out a whole lot easier. I also did not have the fear of being locked out as well. Other than that, the property was also very clean when we entered.

Perfect apartment

The location was perfect for the city centre or Quay side. There is plenty of space in the apartment. Good sized bathroom with a large walk-in shower. All the facilities you would need for a stay. It was warm (too warm at times - hot spell of weather), but there were fans provided, which were perfect. Obviously, being city centre, there was no specific parking there, but there are spaces outside you can park overnight for free from 6pm-8am. Car parks are close by, though I parked just over the river Exe for free in the streets of St. Thomas District. Only a 10 minute walk. Would definitely book again.

Accommodation was as described: clean, comfortable well appointed and well located.

Met expectations and was as described on booking. Location was very central and it was easy to walk into the city centre. It was clear there was no parking provided but it was possible to park outside from 6pm until the charging period started at 8 am in the morning, with a limit of an hour. Met one or two staff on site who were very helpful and sorted out a small issue very quickly. Small welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk was provided which was very much appreciated.

There are steps up to the accommodation which we knew ahead of time but they proved quite hard with luggage etc as we are not as young as we were !

Definitely recommend this place for a group or family

The apartment is very clean and the appliances also very new. The common area also bigger than we expected. The kitchen also equip enough for our usage like bowls, plates, bottle opener and even wine glasses. The TV already login in Netflix etc so we can enjoy the night time as well. Although the location a bit far from Exeter Central station but surround by two good cafe shops and a good pizza restaurant. Can grab a coffee from there before start your journey. The host Alex very supportive and provide a quick response. He also help to arrange one twin bed in one of the bedroom. The pass code assess also easy to use and good for anytime check in & out.

The property was spotlessly clean, there was bottled water on arrival with the choice of still or sparkling, there was everything you needed there and the location was nice and peaceful. The beds were really comfy.

Fijn appartement op prima locatie in het centrum van Exeter.

De locatie, in het centrum. Appartement, 2 verdiepingen met goede voorzieningen. Fijne douche, ruime badkamer. Goed uitgeruste keuken.

De verwarming wordt geregeld via klokprogramma thermostaat. Beter via handbediening. Toen wij arriveerde was het in de woonkamer 24,5 graad.
