Small but thoughtfully arranged central room with kitchen facilities, large TV, good WiFi and en-suite bathroom. The bed was comfy and there was a coffee machine. Security seemed good and the instructions to get in were clearly explained. Right in the centre, just of Fore St and a 20min walk to St David’s station. Close also to the vibrant Quay area and lots of eclectic shops down Fore St, including the excellent Sacred Grounds which is plant based plus has gluten free options. Good communication with the host (we were able to check in slightly early) and a great value central location.

Small but perfect for our two night stay. Quite an early 10am check out but fine for us.

The location was great, walking distance to everything we wanted to see in Exeter. The facilities of the room were good too, plenty of cooking gear and dishes to self-cater. Bed was comfortable and the washing machine came in handy.

We didn't feel safe there. Another guest left both the front and courtyard doors open all night and I was unable to reach the host to raise the issue. The lockboxes were also VERY easy to guess the codes for so we certainly didn't feel comfortable returning the keys to the box until we were checking out.

Large comfortable airy apartment in a very good city centre location.
