Fantastic Holiday Let

Everything was perfect we have booked again to go back we felt at home there it was amazing. We went away for Christmas and went here after our Christmas holiday and wished we would of gone here instead. The house is clean and it is so peaceful. We have been to many holiday lets but this one is by far our favourite it's outstanding

Poor quality, pictures on web site did not reflect the property at all.

The pictures on the web site did not reflect the actual property. You could not park outside or near the property between 10.00am & 4.00pm. Due to parking permits only.The towels provided were of poor quality and one had bleach marks upon it. The bedding was also of poor quality. The garden did not have garden furniture as per the picture on the web site and it was not fit for purpose. The property internally required decorating through out. Would my family stay there again? NO!

Great location, really clean. Suited our needs perfectly. We could all spend time together as family but have separate rooms unlike a hotel

Small sitting area and no dining table. There is a breakfast bar with three seats (one broken) and a sofa that sits three.

An enjoyable stay

The property was clean and had plenty of room for us. A nice outside area allowed us to enjoy the early evening sunshine. The kitchen and bathrooms were of good quality.

Parking was tricky with permit holder parking on the street.

Great location

Heavitree is a lovely area and the city centre is only a walk (or bus) away. Great park around the corner, couple of really nice independent bars and restaurants tool

Not much space inside to sit or be together. So keep this in mind when booking. The house itself is very spacious though!

Dreadful, expect refund from owners.

Location good

Overflowing bins, smelt and garden unfit for use. TV and wifi not working as no signal, rang host who was on way to London, said she would send someone but didn't. No handle on downstairs toilet so couldn't open door. Steep stairs to upstairs bathroom with no handrail. No on site parking contrary to claim on website. Couldn't use oven which was greasy and switch inaccessible to me as low down at back of cupboard. Not suitable for anyone with mobility problem.
