A very enjoyable stay at a lovely property.

A gem of a house, everything you need for a stay was there. Well equipped kitchen, lovely dining room and also table and chairs in courtyard.

Not really a problem just a preference, mattress on beds were too soft for our liking.

Convenient location for city centre break

Excellent location in the city, easy walking distance for the centre & the quay areas - and our family who we were visiting! Host's communication was efficient, helpful and considerate. Property was homely, comfortable and plenty warm enough. As we were spending time with family we only used kitchen for teas & cereal but plenty of equipment had we wanted to cook and eat in which is not always the case with holiday lets. Also excellent to have a designated parking space.

Didn't impact on our stay but larger groups may find one WC an issue but 2 showers and 3 whb overcome the morning rush. This is not a property if you want majestic views but the interior and convenient location more than compensates.

Nice accommodation in a good location

Spacious and well equipped. Beds comfortable and great location.

Quite cobwebby, sofa quite rickety/uncomfortable and delayed communication meant we didn't know our late checkout was agreed until too late, which caused some stress

Fantastic Host and Ideal location

Excellent host and great location, very close to the centre and a nice little row of shops/pub/food the other way. House was clean and spacious.

Adequate but not very comfortable

Proximity to the city centre and Quay. Parking.

Sofa and beds were not very comfortable. "Garden" is where the washing machine and tumble dryer are. Garden furniture broken with fungus growing on it. No toilet in en suite. With the old washing machine at the front, the quality and overall impression is more of a student house rather than holiday accommodation. Provided with two small bath towels and one hand towel, no tea towel, or dish cloth. Write up says help yourself to breakfast but nothing provided. Not impressed with the bribe for giving a 5 star review.

Convenient location.

The house was very warm and stuffy. Coming from Australia, we are accustomed to ceiling fans or air conditioning but realise this is not the norm in England. The English door locks are very confusing, it did take us awhile to work which way the lock and handle go.

Location was good for the quay area.Big bonus having a parking space.Spotlessly clean.

Not suitable for elderly /infirm due to the steep narrow steps.The beds were small and uncomfortable.Seating in the lounge could be better.

Great walking distance from Quay and Cathedral. Their own Parking! Also has a washer and dryer!

It was a great location. A short walk to the Cathedral and the Quay. And the house had its own parking! And a washer and dryer! Loved the dining room area, and all the beds for our big family. Those are huge bonuses for us.
