Converted flat in Georgian building Central Exeter Quiet location 15 mins walk to town. One double bedroom and small double sofa bed in lounge (on request) Please note the bathroom is off the lounge so if 4 people using the flat you have to walk through the lounge to get to the bathroom.

Cosy 1 bedroom apartment with a large window for a basement apartment.Parking spot included.Owner and local cleaning person very responsive to key access issue (we were at the wrong door, but based on the description it wasn't clear to us) and other questions (how to turn up heat).

The property was exactly as described and met all my requirements. The only thing I would suggest would be helpful is a shelf in the bathroom. Trying to put makeup on with nowhere to put things down was a nuisance. Overall I would recommend this property 100%. The owner was good at communicating and answered all booking queries quickly. There is an allocated parking space which is such a help.

An ideal place to stay in Exeter with everything you could possibly require for a comfortable and relaxing time. Great location for the town centre whilst being on a nice and quiet road with the bonus of a parking space. Would very happily stay here again when I next visit Exeter, it was perfect for me!
