We stayed for a wet weekend in November, visiting our daughter at uni. The flat was warm and cosy and well equipped with everything we needed. The location was excellent- easy to walk into town and a couple of minutes away from St James Park railway station- we went for a day trip to Exmouth on the Sunday. Would definitely recommend and would book again.

Easy to find. Shop a stones throw. Quiet location. Property was very well equipped with everything we needed. Powerful hair dryer was a bonus along with usb charge points and good shower water pressure!
Struggled to find a parking space again when we’d gone out for a little while.

Good location with supermarket across the road. No problem with the on street parking.
The apartment was not cleaned properly. We found wet sheets still in the washing machine and used face mask behind the door, so no vacuuming or mopping happened between occupants. As there is no dishwasher we found dishes in the cupboards hadn’t been cleaned and obvious not checked before our arrival. The floor and services were sticky. Kitchen had a abundance of glasses but actual oven dishes were rusty and sparse. Walls were plastered with rules but nothing helpful like the front door needs the handle to be up right so u can lock or instructions on the TV
