Great Spacious Apartment for a City Break.

Great 2 bed apartment with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Spacious rooms and quality furniture. Perfect location for the train station and city centre.

Perhaps an outside security light by the front door to make it easier to open the key box in the dark.

Simple 2-bed flat with courtyard space so good for smokers

A bit impersonal, obviously a student flat being used for summer accommodation, so a little run-down. One bedroom is so large you feel lost. The other bedroom is perhaps too small!

Good location for uni visit and rugby game

Cleaning was substandard. Toilet dirty - sheets didn’t smell fresh. No key in safe as advised. Had to call owner (who did arrive promptly).

Stunning apartment in Exeter. Great find

Beautiful apartment in fantastic location in Exeter. The rooms were beautifully decorated- the heating worked so well and there were very clear instructions on how to use all appliances and heating. Quick, easy communication with hots and seamless check-in/out process

Not a negative, but may be a consideration for some- there is no lift, stairs only to upper floors.

A very good choice in Exeter

Excellent location – just a short walk to/from the city center. The apartment was spotless and tastefully decorated. The owners were helpful, with friendly and smooth communication throughout.

One small thing to note: there's no microwave, unlike the other apartments we stayed in throughout Cornwall and Devon.

We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Exeter.

From the moment we arrived, everything felt comfortable and easy. The apartment was spotlessly clean, warm, and beautifully arranged — it felt like a home away from home. The beds were very comfortable, the linens fresh, and we all slept really well. The location is excellent: a quiet and peaceful street, yet just a short walk from the city centre, the cathedral, the river, and the train stations. We especially appreciated how easy it was to explore Exeter on foot from here. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we liked having the option to cook a simple meal if needed. Everything worked perfectly — from hot water to Wi-Fi. There was great attention to detail: the check-in instructions were clear, the key access was simple and secure, and communication with the hosts was kind and efficient.

We honestly cannot think of anything negative — everything went smoothly and comfortably. Thank you for a lovely stay. We’d love to return again on our next trip to Exeter!

Basic but ticked the boxes for a city stay

Clean and close to town centre.

It could have done with some mirrors in the bedroom and a dressing table to apply makeup. Also a microwave would have been useful.

Exactly what we were looking for

Great location. Really spacious apartment. Main bedroom was huge. Main socialising space works well. Nice to have a courtyard garden too. Staff response was prompt, professional and friendly - much appreciated. Will definitely book again if in the area.

Outside of the building and communal area not to the same standard as the inside of the apartment. Toilet seat either too small or maybe just badly fitted.

Don't bring a car, parking in Exeter is challenging, anyway you won't need a car, the apartment is a short walk from the stations. Some hooks in the hall for your coat would be nice, but otherwise it was a great apartment.

Wonderful apartment central to town.

Brilliantly located to the centre of Exeter, just a 10 minute walk and you are right in the centre. Apartment is spacious and beautifully decorated, and immaculately clean. The host was helpful and swift to communicate.

It took a while to work out the best options for parking, though once sorted, was ok, and only a minutes walk away. No live TV.
